VP - Paid Media Solutions and looks after paid media servicing as well as planning & buying. In his earlier profile, he was responsible for leading the existing business relationships for Paid Media. At Logicserve Digital, he has managed the aggressive growth in business and successfully taken over the responsibility of managing a new team (Media Planning & Buying).
Before joining Logicserve Digital, Maanesh has worked with Resultrix and was a key portfolio lead where he efficiently handled the business activities for Star group and Bharti AXA. He has worked closely with Star network team on launch of properties like Starsports.com and Hotstar. He has done award winning campaigns like launch of Mahabharat and programmatic for Bharti AXA Life. Prior to this, he was working with Rediffusion Wunderman and has served as product head for an e-commerce company.
He is an affable person with a go-getter attitude and trains his teams efficiently to achieve positive results for the clients as well as the company. Maanesh and his team work closely with the operations team to ensure the targets are achieved. He understands platforms well and hence understands well how to communicate the details to the team for effective implementation and creating a measurable impact through the campaigns. He is good with numbers and knows how to add perspective to the daily work considering the trends and how it can impact the business numbers.
He has been instrumental in successfully growing the team and has more than doubled the team strength to manage 3 times the volume of business. Maanesh has worked on multiple processes and great campaign ideas to solve client business needs along with his team.
Some of the initiatives that have helped to improve the solution providing capabilities to our clients include internal process like weekly portfolio review meetings, internal optimization audits, all time review formats for all accounts, among many others whereas on the external (client) processes front, his implementation of number based planning approach, actionable minutes format, client value add, and knowledge mails have been important to provide unique solutions to the clients. His efforts on great campaign ideas have not only won a lot of client praises but also helped the agency win awards. His keen eye for performance improvements has helped optimizations in multiple client businesses.
