    • Scoping out the opportunity along with Sales team and developing the customer pitch approach
    • Assessing and analyzing existing marketing and sales communication
    • Developing customer approach for the pitch and co-ordinating with other stakeholders for data

    • Define and articulate business objectives clearly
    • Roll out short primary research
    • Gather and use primary, secondary research data to build business case and to support findings/insights
    • Analyse data from various sources including data provided by internal teams and external sources to draw holistic insights and action points
    • Develop recommendation report based on insights and data analysis
    • Draw out business/sales processes to arrive at best customer strategy /approach
    • Identify gaps and opportunities for business based on analysis conducted

    • Grow Consulting Business
    • Responsible for client approach, strategy, planning and delivery of consulting projects
    • Responsible for mining consulting projects and cross-sell of Managed Services
    • Responsible for pre-sales, target audience identification, solutioning
    • Work with other stakeholders , other functional heads in the company to offer the best solution to the customer
    • Enable other sales teams to pitch consulting services to existing clients
    • Be the champion for consulting services in Logicserve
    • Set up standard operating procedure for Consulting sales and delivery
    • Lead development of delivery report and assessment, recommendation report formats
    • Drive client engagement along with project manager and other project stakeholders
    • Build new capabilities within the team
    • Introduce and build new services within the overall digital consulting space
