Here’s a look at last week’s results where we asked users about their frequency of streaming movies on phone.

The chart above presents a compelling fact that mobile is increasingly becoming the preferred screen for the digitally savvy consumers to watch movies.

  • As per our survey, a whopping 43% respondents stream movies daily on mobile phone, which clearly indicates the waves are riding from TV box to mobile screens. Undoubtedly, the younger generation is glued to their mobile devices.
  • While 25% of respondents said yes to streaming once in a week, supplementing the fact that screen-sizes no more matter to content consumers.
  • There was not much difference between the people who stream once in a month to less than a month and those who never stream on phone, indicating that there is still a section of audience that is yet to join the mobile movie streaming bandwagon.
