The results are very interesting.
- Most of the respondents (52%) said that they prefer shopping from the same websites while about 37% of them shop from the same e-commerce platforms occasionally. Around 11% of them don’t shop from the same set of portals.
- The results give a clear indication to marketers that they can choose ‘top of the funnel marketing strategy’ to encourage the visitors purchase the desired product. There is also a high possibility that the prospects who are aware about the brand might have a purchase intention that can further boost conversions.
- Marketers can conduct a quality audience analysis, which can assist them in designing an efficient e-commerce marketing plan. Brands need to ensure that the pricing and positioning is unique and should provide real value to their target audience.
- Brands can also devise brand awareness strategies that don’t generate immediate conversions but can help in building a loyal set of customers for the future.
