While travelling, what do you use the internet for?

Here’s a look at last week’s results where we asked users about their reasons for using online food ordering services.

The results are very clear from the above chart.

  • As you can see, most of the respondents (45.83%) said that they order food online because of the exciting deals and offers followed by those who find it to be convenient or time-saving (32.50%)
  • About 17% of respondents said that they order food online considering the variety of options they get for restaurants and cuisines while a small chunk of them (5%) have other reasons that include reduced social interaction, break from cooking, etc.
  • Using the strategy of offering discounts and deals for online food orders surely seem to be working in favour of the brands/marketers as a lot of people seem to be attracted by this feature
  • Marketers can keep up with their marketing strategies for promoting online food delivery services and possibly look for creative ways of attracting those who aren’t so much accustomed to having their food ordered online yet
